Because that's what Gustil Aesthetics has always been about.

Long before opening this non-invasive skin clinic in Amsterdam, I spent more than ten years building my career in retail leadership, working for national and international companies where I learned how to lead teams, develop people, understand human behaviour and create meaningful client experiences. Those years taught me that excellence is never accidental. It is built through discipline, consistency and an obsession with continuous improvement.

Yet, while my professional career was growing, another passion was growing alongside it. I became fascinated by the science of skin. Not by beauty trends or quick aesthetic fixes, but by understanding why skin changes, how it ages, and how we can support its natural biology without compromising its integrity.

That curiosity led me to complete a Master's Degree in Aesthetic Medicine, where I immersed myself in skin biology, cosmetic chemistry, facial anatomy, advanced non-invasive technologies and evidence-based skincare. But for me, education has never been something you complete. It is something you continue.

Every year, I dedicate time to learning because I believe our clients deserve recommendations based on the latest scientific evidence, not outdated knowledge or marketing claims.

Academic Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Aesthetic Medicine – Advanced study in skin biology, cosmetic chemistry, facial anatomy, and evidence-based skincare
• Women's Health & Wellness Programme – Harvard Medical School – Biological and hormonal changes throughout women's life, focus on midlife and beyond
• Leadership & Management – London School of Business Administration – Strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and organizational leadership

Recently, I completed the Women's Health & Wellness programme at Harvard Medical School, where I explored the biological and hormonal changes women experience throughout life, with a particular focus on midlife and beyond. The programme examined how hormonal changes and irregularities influence multiple aspects of women's health, including menopause, cardiovascular and brain health, nutrition and diet, gynaecological and sexual health, mental and emotional well-being, and healthy ageing. It gave me a broader understanding of women's health as a whole and the many interconnected factors that influence how we feel, function and age.

At the same time, I continue my education in Leadership & Management at the London School of Business Administration. Building an exceptional clinic requires far more than technical expertise. It requires leadership, emotional intelligence, communication, strategic thinking and the ability to create a culture where both clients and team members feel respected, supported and inspired.

That is why we don't simply recommend treatments. We educate. We analyse. We coach. We create personalised strategies that combine advanced technology with medical-grade skincare and ongoing guidance, helping our clients make informed decisions for years to come.

This commitment to excellence was recognised when Gustil Aesthetics received the Best Skin Rejuvenation Clinic 2026 award from the Top 100 Businesses Awards. While receiving recognition is an incredible honour, it has never been my destination. It is simply confirmation that investing in knowledge, acting with integrity and always putting people before profit is the right path.

Alongside my Master's Degree, I continue expanding my education through international programmes, scientific conferences, professional certifications and the latest research in skin science, healthy ageing and aesthetic medicine. I don't pursue qualifications to collect certificates. I pursue them because every new piece of knowledge helps me become a better professional for the people who trust us with their skin.
