I’m Mihaela Gustil, founder and managing director of Gustil Aesthetics in Amsterdam. With a background in Communication and PR from Bucharest and over a decade of international experience, from Retail Management in Barcelona to Strategy Director in Amsterdam, I’ve built my career with one goal: to create a business rooted in excellence, passion, and transformation.

I am a detail-driven professional with a deep passion for aesthetics, human potential, and lasting transformation. With over a decade of experience in retail leadership across top national and international brands, I’ve built a solid foundation in management, sales, and training. Always guided by authenticity, precision, and care.

Beyond my career in retail, I’ve been relentlessly committed to studying and exploring the evolving world of beauty and wellness. I stay at the forefront of non-invasive aesthetic medicine, cutting-edge skincare technologies, and holistic approaches to personal transformation. My natural eye for beauty has been refined through research, education, and an insatiable curiosity for innovation that respects both the body and the person.

In February 2024, I opened Gustil Aesthetics with a mission to help people rediscover the best version of their skin: naturally, non-invasively, and without compromise. I work with intention, heart, and precision, treating every client as I would treat myself.

Certified in Aesthetic Medicine Techniques by Europe’s top academy and trained at one of the most prestigious aesthetic clinics in the world, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including public figures.

I believe excellence is a moving target, and I aim high. While I’ve built a strong foundation in retail and aesthetics, my vision reaches far beyond titles and roles. I’m here to redefine the meaning of natural beauty and help restore trust in true expertise, led by integrity, not trends.
